How do I return an item?

  1. All returns must be done within 30 days of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
  2. The return must be accompanied with a written explanation from the person using the product why it is being returned.
  3. You must call or email first to get an RMA number from us. The RMA number must be included in the package with the returned product.
  4. Appliances come with a manufacturer warranty and cannot be returned.

Any refused merchandise (or cancelled orders after the order has been processed) will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Empty packages or nearly empty packages being returned claiming adverse or allergic reactions will not be refunded (yes, people try this).
We do not refund the shipping amount under any circumstance.
If payment was by credit card, we can only credit to the original credit card number used.

International Duty, Taxes and Returns:

All international orders (any product shipped outside USA) must pay any applicable TAXES, DUTY or associated Fees required by receiving country. Any taxes, duty or fee unpaid will be charged to your credit card upon notification.

International returns must be received within 30 days from date received and are subject to 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges, taxes, duty and fees are not-refundable.

It is your responsibility to check with your country government and/or customs department officials if product is allowed into specific county. All products sold in USA do not require prescriptions or special licensing in USA. OnlineWorld.Com is not responsible for information regarding allowed products into any outside country.

Any products refused entry into country might be returned, confiscated and/or destroyed by country. If product(s) are returned you will be refunded less shipping and handling both to and from country. If product(s) are confiscated and/or destroyed no refund will be issued.
